GTS offers a complete Messaging and Collaboration package to our customers. This total offering consists of 4 distinct services, including the Messaging Audit (EMAR), Messaging Design (EMD), Proof of Concept (EPOC), and Messaging Deployment (EMD).

GTS' Messaging Audit (EMAR) provides our customers with a thorough and complete analysis of the existing infrastructure. These findings, based on automated and manual discovery methods, are summarized and presented in a Messaging Audit Report.

GTS' Messaging Design (EMD) provides a detail oriented specification of the proposed Messaging environment based on findings from customer focused discussion groups. Each critical area of the architecture is outlined in easy to read, easy to understand language, along with diagrams, hardware requirements, bandwidth requirements, and a migration overview.

GTS' Proof of Concept (EPPOC) provides a thorough and complete lab testing and validation service for completely reviewing the Messaging Design prior to actual deployment. Following industry Best Practices, the POC is conducted and a Draft Migration Plan is produced as a result.

GTS' Messaging Deployment (EMD) provides for the hands-on deployment and delivery of the Messaging environment.
