GTS offers a complete HIPAA service package to our customers. This total offering consists of four distinct phases including the Pre-Compliance Audit, HIPAA Design, HIPAA Deployment, and Proof of Compliance.
Services Offered:
Pre-Compliance Audit (HCA) - Provides our customers with a thorough and complete analysis of their existing infrastructure. These findings, based on automated and manual discovery methods, are summarized and presented in a Pre-Compliance HIPAA Report.
HIPAA Design (HD) - Provides a detailed specification of the proposed changes based on findings from customer focused discussion groups and regulatory guidance. In addition, internal policies (as the relate to HIPAA) are thoroughly reviewed as required to meet requirements. Each critical area of the architecture is outlined in easy to read, easy to understand language, along with explanations and details of the regulatory requirements and the implementation specifications. HIPAA policy templates are provided.
HIPAA Deployment (HDEP) - Provides for the hands-on deployment and delivery of the HIPAA Design within the customer environment. Knowledge transfer is provided to the customer, in addition to critical updates to the HIPAA Design documentation.
Proof of Compliance (HPOC) - Provides a thorough and complete assessment and validation service for customers who require an internal HIPAA compliance audit. This service is focused towards customers who have already begun to deploy security requirements based on HIPAA guidelines.
